Based on the article you have posted up, I assume you believe Canadian style universal converage is optimal. My concern is:
It would have the efficiency of the Post Office and the humanity of the IRS.
Compare what we have done with other governmental institutions before wishing more upon us. I agree we need Universal Health Insurance. I disagree we need the Canadian system.
